Tutoring for math
We tutor math levels Primer through Algebra 1 using a program called Math-U-See, which uses manipulatives to illustrate and teach math concepts. We Build Understanding in students with a multi-sensory, mastery-based approach suitable for all levels and learning styles. Levels focus on a specific set of concepts while continuously reviewing and integrating previous concepts; other math topics are introduced where appropriate.

Tutoring for writing
Written composition is the most difficult skill of all for children with dyslexia and dysgraphia, as it requires them to integrate their weakest skills. A good writing program needs to explicitly teach the many subskills involved in the writing process. Dyslexia Rx, LLC offers a comprehensive and explicit method of teaching these skills.
